Rabbi Abuhatzeira's Rejected Appeal | Boaz Feinberg Talks to Arutz HaKnesset

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal filed by Rabbi Yekutiel Abuhatzeira, following his rejected appeal to the District Court against his taxable income of NIS 13.8m.

In a precedential move, this the first time the Supreme Court has ruled that cash or other gifts given to influential rabbis by their followers are considered taxable income.
