Court Suspends Order From Ministry of Environment to Close Plant

Following the discovering of an extraordinary amount of chemicals in the air around a factory in Ashdod, The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a restitution order to a number of production facilities at the Kurnas factory due to illegal levels of concentration of lead and arsenic; the Court froze the order pending a decision at the request of the factory to cancel the order.
