The increasing scrutiny over Investor-State dispute settlement and the various proposals for reform of Investor-State dispute settlement have raised many questions concerning the suitability of different models to different states.
Adv. Ira Ryk-Lakhman, who specializes in dispute settlement and international economic law, consulted and mentored a team from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (TradeLab legal clinic) in the preparation of a memorandum for the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina concerning the range of options available to small economies facing the current wave of changes in the investment dispute settlement system.
