We represented one of the world’s leading audio and infotainment equipment companies in its acquisition of an Israeli company with global operations in the field of Firmware-Over-the-Air (FOTA), for a purchase price of approximately $200 million. Our client is an American audio and infotainment equipment company, which in recent years has been focusing on automotive infotainment systems, which it sells through car manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Toyota/Lexus, BMW, and General Motors. The target company is an Israeli-based leading provider of software management technology for connected devices, and over-the-air software and firmware upgrading services. The target has worldwide operations, including in the USA, France, Japan, China, the UK, Germany and Finland.
