Boaz Feinberg
Boaz, a leading expert in the areas of taxation and financial regulation, brings experience of almost two decades in his fields of practice.
Boaz acts for corporations and individuals in a wide range of fields, from domestic and international taxation to tax-related commercial law and litigation. He advises on tax planning, IP and M&A related taxation, workers compensation including stock options, relocation, trusts and estates, real estate taxation and value added tax. He has extensive experience in representing clients before the Israeli Tax Authority.
Boaz frequently contributes to various journals, professional newsletters and periodicals. In his areas of practice he also lectures on a regular basis.
Hen Cohen
Hen’s experience includes advising on Israeli tax law, including corporate and individual taxation, tax planning, real estate taxation and value added tax. She advises financial institutions on regulatory issues, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism compliance.
Hen also advises fintech companies seeking to offer financial services in Israel, in accordance with the Israeli financial services rules and regulation.
Royi Heilig
Royi specializes in corporate and individual taxation, taxation of venture capital funds, municipal tax and taxation of trusts and wealth management. He provides tax opinions, handles voluntary disclosure applications and advises on tax due-diligence processes.
Prior to joining Tadmor Levy Royi served as a member of the audit department of one of the leading accounting firms and obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant.
