A Supreme Court hearing was held today examining IBI's appeal against NTA. IBI is the principal developer of the Tel Aviv Light Rail "Red line", which has a payout volume of almost half a billion shekels). NTA had previously prevented IBI from participating as a consultant in a further tender for the planning and holding of the Green Line and the Purple Line, leading to IBI appealing to the Supreme Court.
In a hearing today in the Supreme Court, IBI's appeal was rejected.
NTA was represented by Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Yechiel Kasher, together with Partner, Assaf Priel, Associate, Eran Davidovitch and Intern, Yitzhak Rabinowitz.
