Arnon, Tadmor Levy merger announcement

We are delighted to announce that the law firms of Yigal Arnon and Tadmor Levy are merging.  The merger documents were signed yesterday (March 16th, 2022), and the merger will soon become effective.

With more than 420 lawyers and trainees, the merged firm of Yigal Arnon – Tadmor Levy will be the third largest law firm in Israel.

It will be managed by an executive committee comprised of representatives from both firms and an active management team of five – Opher Levy, Gil Oren, Hagai Shmueli, David Tadmor and Barak Tal.

Of particular strength are the merged firm’s core areas of practice – mergers and acquisitions, hi-tech, litigation, real estate, banking and commercial law.

Leading practices include competition and antitrust, project finance and energy, insolvency, zoning and planning, capital markets and securities, regulation, health law, taxation, labor law, sport law, private wealth, environmental law, municipal law and taxation, payment systems, telecom and media, aviation, transportation, and homeland security.

Yigal Arnon & Co. which currently ranks ninth in size among Israel’s law firms, was established 65 years ago. Since its formation it has been a leading and creative legal force.

Over the years the firm grew organically, expanding to include many areas of practice in Israel and abroad.

Yigal Arnon & Co. focuses on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, high-tech, intellectual property, banking and real estate. With 230 lawyers, 90 of whom are partners, and 45 interns, it represents leading Israeli and multinational clients.

Tadmor Levy & Co. is currently ranked sixteenth in size among Israel’s law firms.  The firm focuses on litigation, competition and antitrust, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, payment systems and real estate.

It was formed in 2015 as a merger between Tadmor & Co., established 17 years ago, and Prof. Yuval Levy Co., established in 1973. Tadmor Levy’s 130 lawyers and 45 interns represent leading Israeli and multinational clients.
