Urban Renewal Residential Project in Givaataim

Our firm has represented the developers in an urban renewal residential project in Givaataim, which project includes the construction of 528 units across four towers (which units will replace the 126 apartments previously occupying the space). This project is one of the first urban renewal projects in Israel in which all preliminary proceedings have been completed, and in which actual construction is underway. The project is currently in phase B, following the completion and population of the first tower.
