Our firm represented the world’s top ranking market research firm in the establishment of its big-data focused technological incubator in Caesarea, Israel. Our client was the first multinational firm to win a concession from the Israeli Government to operate a government-backed technological incubator under the Encouragement of Industrial Research and Development Law, 5744-1984. Concessions for operating technological incubators are tendered by the government in competitive bidding processes, and the concessionaires are chosen based on merits such as financial capabilities, quality of management and investment track record. We assisted our client throughout all phases of the project – assembling the winning bid, establishing the concessionaire and launching the incubator’s operations.
