Our firm represents a former Income Tax Commissioner of Israel and an auditor specializing in income-producing real estate in a dispute against an individual, whose family is involved in various businesses in the United States. The dispute, currently under arbitration, relates to income-producing real estate properties and other types of assets acquired jointly by the parties, valued at hundreds of millions of ILS. Our clients filed for dissolution of the partnership between the parties, and claimed damages in the amount of over ILS 25 million. Counterclaims were filed, alleging damages in the amount of over ILS 630 million. The dispute requires careful maintenance of issues that arise between the parties with respect to their joint assets, as well as management of extensive evidentiary proceedings with a large number of witnesses and complex legal issues.
