We have a first class team that provides tailor-made solutions and programs to meet current and emerging governance requirements and compliance obligations for the financial services sector. We regularly advise local and international banks, investment houses, credit card companies and other financial institutions regarding the local regulatory regime governing their activities, from capital markets, securities, financial services and banking regulation to corporate governance, compliance programs and other regulatory matters. We recently advised international financial institutions with respect to the regulatory requirements associated with doing business in Israel, and counseled and represented companies before Israeli supervisory and regulatory agencies.

We have a leading practice in credit cards and payment methods, acting for credit card and other payment solutions companies. We advise on day-to-day regulatory and compliance issues and are at the forefront of regulatory developments and relevant emerging case-law.

In addition, our team regularly advises banks, both Israeli and international, and institutional lenders and funds with respect to complex financing transactions. Such advice pertains to senior facilities, first ranking security, second lien, mezzanine financing and other forms of financing.

Due to our firm’s multidisciplinary approach to legal advice, we provide our clients with unique and “out of the box” services which includes input from the fields of finance, antitrust and regulatory law, as well as dispute resolution, when required.
