Arthur Gorelik focuses on the field of commercial law, providing a wide range of legal services to clients that include organizations in Israel that lead their respective fields. His services encompass acting as internal legal counsel for the organization in all its aspects, including legal writing and advice regarding contracts and engagements, accompanying and supervising projects and processes within the organization, and advising on general legal issues, as well as specific legal issues relevant to the fields in which the firm’s clients operate, particularly health and education.

Additionally, Arthur has extensive and in-depth familiarity with consumer protection laws and has guided and advised some of the largest organizations – both those operating in Israel and international organizations seeking to operate in the Israeli market – in relation to various consumer-related matters.

Within the framework of his specialization, Arthur advises his clients on general and ongoing legal matters relevant to every major business. This includes areas such as procurement and contracting, consumer protection, privacy, corporate governance, tender law, and technology and internet laws.

Arthur has experience in handling various types of agreements and contracts, including purchase and lease agreements; service agreements; maintenance agreements (including maintenance of medical equipment); cooperation and joint venture agreements; distribution agreements; manufacturing agreements; technology and Internet agreements (such as SAAS; EULAs; terms of use and policies for websites and applications); project agreements for implementing systems and equipment within the organization; research agreements (including medical research); tenders and RFPs (from both sides); confidentiality agreements; share purchasing and transferring agreements; founders agreements; and more.

As part of his experience in healthcare law, Arthur advises the clinical trials unit and the internal Helsinki Committee of a large healthcare organization in Israel, regarding legal aspects relevant to its operation, such as working on confidentiality agreements prior to research, negotiations of research agreements, regulatory oversight of the unit’s and Committee’s activities, and participating in the Helsinki Committee’s meetings.

Arthur also has experience in advising public benefit companies and non-profit associations, providing legal guidance related to their activities.

Arthur completed his law studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2017, was licensed as a lawyer in Israel in 2018 and joined the firm that year. He speaks Hebrew, English and Russian.
