Avital Bruker-Yamin

Avital is a Partner with the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice group, where she advises companies with respect to their day to day corporate affairs and contractual obligations. In addition, Avital provides counsel across a broad range of commercial matters including commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance, tender law, the correct management of non-profit organizations and more.

Avital has an expertise in the field of Healthcare law and regularly advises healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies with regard to various regulatory issues, including compliance, the health provider-patient relationship, privacy and security issues. Avital also represents companies in transactions in the healthcare industry, including transactions between healthcare providers and insurers, the purchase of medical devices, service agreements, IT agreements, collaboration agreements, distribution agreements and more.

Avital started her legal career as a legal intern at the firm.
