Bio

Bernard David joined the firm in 2021 as an associate in the firm’s Project Finance and Infrastructure practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Bernard practiced commercial law at S. Horowitz & Co.

Before making Aliyah, Bernard practiced as an Advocate in South Africa (the equivalent of a barrister in England) and was employed as a senior legal counsel at RMB Corporate Banking (a division of FirstRand Bank Ltd.). He has extensive experience in litigation, having appeared before both the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal, and commercial law, particularly in the fields of banking law and finance.
