In 2005, David formed Tadmor & Co. with 3 associates, later to become Tadmor Levy & Co. – a leading Israeli law firm with 130 lawyers and trainees. The firm specializes in M&A and technology, litigation, competition/antitrust, project finance, infrastructure and energy, banking and payment systems, government regulation and administrative law, transportation, health, real estate, labor law, securities regulation, and environmental law.

David spent five years as a corporate attorney with the New York law firm of Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz (WLRK), a senior partner at a leading mergers and acquisition firm in Tel Aviv, and an adjunct professor at Israel’s prominent academic institutions.
