Efrat Granit specializes in real estate law and planning and construction law. Her experience includes accompanying complex and diverse real estate transactions, drafting various agreements, representing developers and tenants in urban renewal transactions, as well as handling financing matters.
Having completed her bachelor’s degree (LL.B.) and her master’s degree (LL.M.) (cum laude), both at Tel Aviv University in 2012, Efrat was certified as an attorney in Israel in 2013 and joined the firm in 2021.
