Bio

Eitan Brosh is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.

Eitan specializes in representing clients in complex litigation cases, arbitrations, and dispute resolution proceedings with extensive experience representing litigants in complex legal proceedings and arbitration and mediation proceedings in the fields of commercial law, administrative law, labor law and class actions.

Eitan also has experience in managing high-profile class actions and requests for approval of class actions in various disciplines, such as consumerism, aviation, communication, accessibility and so forth.

His rich experience includes managing high profile cases, such as the representation of Knesset Members Eitan Cabel and Shelly Yachimovich in a series of complex legal proceedings related to the elections of the Histadrut, which took place before the Histadrut’s hearing committee, the District Court and ultimately the Supreme Court.

In addition, Eitan represented the Yeruham local council in the process of changing boundaries and distributing income, in which the IDF Training Base in the Negev was moved to the municipal area of Yeruham. Eitan represented Yeruham in a series of petitions to the High Court of Justice, including deliberations before the Investigations Committee, which discussed the change in Yeruham’s jurisdiction and a series of petitions submitted to the High Court following the decision to transfer the IDF Training Base to the city of Yeruham.

Eitan joined the firm as a partner in 2021 following 15 years at several leading law firms.
