Hen Cohen’s expertise lies in the field of healthcare law. She regularly advises healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical companies with regard to various regulatory issues, including compliance, the healthcare provider-patient relationship, and privacy and security matters.
Additionally, Hen practices in a wide range of Israeli tax law matters, including corporate and individual taxation, international taxation, real estate taxation, value added tax and other indirect taxes.
In both these fields – healthcare and tax – Hen prepares legal opinions, legal memorandums, and applications for regulatory rulings.
Hen was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016 and was admitted to the Israeli Certified Public Accountants Institute in 2022.
