Hen practices a wide range of Israeli tax law aspects, including corporate and individual taxation, international taxation, real estate taxation, value added tax and other indirect taxes. Hen focuses on corporate taxation, with extensive experience in representing clients before the Israeli Tax Authorities. Hen prepares legal opinions, legal memorandums, applications for preliminary tax rulings, tax calculations and tax planning for both corporations and individuals.
Additionally, Hen provides strategic counsel to financial institutions, regularly advising on regulatory issues, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism compliance. Hen also advises Fintech companies seeking to offer financial services in Israel, in accordance with the Israeli financial services' rules and regulation.
