Bio

Merav is an associate with the firm’s Cross Border and Domestic M&A practice group, where she advises Israeli and foreign companies on various aspects of corporate and commercial law and practice. Merav also takes part in complex cross border and domestic M&A transactions and other commercial transactions.

Earlier in her career, Merav served as a Legal Advisor in the International Law Department of the Military Advocate General corps. In that capacity, Merav provided counsel, inter alia, with regard to matters of International Criminal Law, Universal Jurisdiction and State Responsibility.

During her studies, Merav was accepted to the double degree course between the University of Cambridge and the Sorbonne Law School, and received the Clifford Chance European Law Scholarship.

Merav is fluent in Hebrew, English and French.
