Nikol Vaisman Nir specializes in commercial law. She provides the firm’s clients with ongoing legal support, including writing various types of legal agreements, and takes part in various transactions, such as share purchases.

A significant part of Nikol’s expertise in the firm includes providing legal support for the SIPG port, through which she acquired many legal-commercial skills, including drafting service agreements.
During her studies, Nikol was a teaching assistant to Dr. Yehuda Adar in the contract law course of the Law Faculty at the University of Haifa. In addition, she worked as a research assistant to Prof. Eli Salzberger in the field of law and education, in cooperation with the Minerva Institute.
Nikol was a member of the editorial board of Mishpat Vememshal, one of the law reviews at the University of Haifa. She also participated in the Enforcement of Human Rights in Civil Law Legal Clinic.
As well as getting her LL.B., Nikol earned a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies. She learned Chinese and travelled to China for one month through a language course hosted by Shandong University.
