Roi advises on issues associated with commercial and corporate law, as well as banking law, payment systems and M&A.
Roi provides legal counsel on a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions. Roi regularly advises corporations including e-commerce and payment corporations, as well as low-tech and industrial companies.
Roi is also a member of the team representing Max It Finance Ltd., one of Israel’s leading credit card companies, representing Max It in the process of acquiring financing agreements north of NIS ~8 billion, launching new products and services, establishing new activities, forming joint-ventures and investing in technology startups.
During his legal studies, Roi participated in a European-based transnational law program held by the Duke-Geneva Institute.
Prior to joining Tadmor Levy & Co., Roi articled in the commercial department of S.Horowitz & Co. and worked as a senior associate within the Advisory department of KPMG.
