Bio

Shiri is a Partner with the firm’s Project Finance practice group.

Shiri has extensive experience as a commercial lawyer specializing in public tenders, PPP projects, project finance, banking & finance and cross-border transactions.

Shiri represents and advises governmental authorities and agencies, financial institutions, concessionaire and project companies across multiple sectors and industries, including that of infrastructure, construction, water desalination and renewable energy.

Shiri started her career at Melcer & Co., where she regularly advised the State of Israel and other governmental entities in various international tenders and BOT/PFI projects. She later worked at Zahavi, Blau & Co., where she advised the Israel Land Administration and the Ministry of Finance (governmental housing unit) in the issuance, development, handling and financing of complex PFI construction projects.
