Shirly joined Tadmor Levy in 2020. Her primary practice area is Labor law, representing both Israeli and foreign companies, and other entities including foreign governments in a variety of employment-related matters. Shirly provides ongoing advice and legal opinions on various aspects of employment, such as hiring proceedings, dismissal proceedings, compliance with labor law, preparation of employment agreements, freelance agreements, employment termination agreements and settlement agreements.
In addition, Shirly represents clients before the regional and national Labor courts in a range of cases including discrimination claims, wage claims and unlawful dismissal claims.
Shirly represents employers before various bodies in administrative and other proceedings, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Regulation and Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Social Services.
Prior to joining Tadmor Levy & Co., Shirly began her legal career in 2007 as an intern at E.S Shimron, I. Malcho, Persky & Co., subsequently returning as associate, and was appointed partner in 2018. As a result, Shirly has 14 years' experience in advising and representing clients in various civil and commercial fields, and in particular in complex commercial litigation and in the preparation of commercial agreements.
