Shoam Keren is a specialist in planning and zoning within the firm’s Real Estate Department, offering extensive expertise in advising and representing both governmental and private entities in infrastructure projects. Her focus lies in navigating the legal intricacies of obtaining approvals for diverse master plans, at the local, regional, and national levels. Her broad experience encompasses litigation and dispute resolution across all facets of her specialized fields. 

Well-versed in local licensing procedures and the complexities of Israeli zoning authorities, at every level, Shoam excels in representing various clients during objection proceedings – an integral part of the zoning process. Her specialization extends to providing legal representation for infrastructure companies and governmental entities in proceedings related to land expropriation and compensation. She also adeptly represents clients in various proceedings before the Israel Land Authority.

Having gained a decade of experience as the head of the Planning and Construction and Administrative practice group at Charcon, Ben-Ami, Asher & Co. & Neeman, Keinan & Co., Shoam brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at our firm, which she joined in 2017.
