Tomer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions group. Tomer provides professional legal advice for all issues relating to complex commercial transactions and a wide range of commercial procedures. Before joining the Corporate and Commercial Transactions group, Tomer served as an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, where he handled complex civil and commercial litigation in a broad legal spectrum, with emphasis on Class Actions, Competition Law, Corporate Law, and Insolvency Law litigation.
During his academic studies, Tomer served as a research assistant to Prof. Nina Zaltzman (Property Law) and, following his academic studies, also served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Zaltzman in her course Commercial Law: Security Interests and Security Transactions at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. Afterward, Tomer also served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Assaf Hamdani in his course Corporate Bonds and Corporate Insolvency (also at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law).
