Tomer Kasher is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specializing in a broad spectrum of complex civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions, competition, corporate law, and insolvency law.

During his academic studies, Tomer served as a research assistant to Prof. Nina Zaltzman in property law research. After graduating, he continued to contribute as a teaching assistant in Prof. Zaltzman’s Commercial Law: Security Interests and Security Transactions course at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. He also took on the role of teaching assistant for Prof. Assaf Hamdani in the Corporate Bonds and Corporate Insolvency course, also at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.

Beyond his extensive litigation expertise, Tomer brings invaluable practical insights gained during a prior phase of his career, where he adeptly navigated the complexities of commercial contracts, corporate governance, and transactions across diverse topics. This nuanced experience serves to enhance his current commitment to the intricate realm of litigation and dispute resolution.
